After selecting your favorite floor plan below, you can choose between our Standard and Premium apartments. While Premium units come at a slightly higher price point, they offer added features that enhance your living experience.

  • Standard | Select the Standard option, and your new home will feature traditional cabinetry and solid-surface countertops.  ​​ ​
  • ​Premium | Select the Premium option, and your new home will have upgraded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and newer fixtures/finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms.
